How to book
Send us a request with your dates, the number of adults and children (with ages) and the tour or accommodation you are interested in. We will confirm availability and send you a written offer. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
Payment
- Deposit: 50% of the total price at booking.
- Balance: 30 days before arrival.
- All payments are made by invoice from Ven-Fin Tour Oy.
Cancellation (New Year dates)
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total price.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Prices
All prices are in euros. Tours and hotels are priced per person; Levi cottages are priced per cottage. International flights and travel insurance are not included.
Weather and activities
Outdoor activities depend on weather and safety conditions. If an excursion cannot take place, we will offer an alternative activity or a refund for that excursion. The Northern Lights cannot be guaranteed.
